LIBERTY SELLS FOUR UNITS, INCLUDING WBA, TO MCMULLEN GROUP

The McMullen Group, Inc., has agreed to purchase several
assets of Liberty Sports, Inc., including America One TV, Prime
Sports Interactive/Fantasy Sports, Prime Sports Radio and the
Women's Basketball Association. The deal is expected to be
finalized by the end of the year and terms were not disclosed.
Ed Frazier, President of Liberty Sports, said the deal was
designed to "sharpen the focus" of the Liberty Sports' venture
with Fox Sports. All divisions will continue to operate as they
have and eventually will relocate to offices in Irving, TX.
David Lynch, McMullen Group Exec VP, said the WBA "simply needed
someone to acknowledge its legitimacy," which they plan to do "in
the form of money, experience" and a long-term TV contract with
the Liberty Sports/Fox cable network (Liberty).
