NAMES IN THE NEWS

     In a survey by Dale Carnegie & Associates Inc., PAT RILEY
was voted by 25% of those surveyed as the co-worker most people
would like to have on their team.  He was behind BILL GATES and
TED TURNER, but ahead of KATIE COURIC and NEWT GINGRICH (CRAIN'S
NEW YORK, 9/11)....Bitove Corp., which owns the bars and
restaurants at Toronto's Pearson Airport, was ordered by an
Ontario Court judge to pay C$22.7M in rent and back rent to the
federal government.  The BITOVE FAMILY controls food concessions
at SkyDome and heads the Raptors and Centre Court Stadium Inc.
(TORONTO STAR, 9/15)....MIKE PANTAZAS, who caught the football
while jumping from the stands during last Monday's Bears-Packers
game, was on the "Late Show" last night.  Pantazas:  "I had a few
in me, maybe a twelve pack" (CBS, 9/14).
