Liberty Media President Peter Barton announced plans to restructure its wholly owned subsidiary, Liberty Sports, Inc. Operations of Liberty Sports will be consolidated and headquarters will move from Texas to Denver, CO where Liberty Media and Prime Int'l is currently based (Liberty).
