     ROBERT WALLACE, the Eagles' former Chief Counsel who is now
the Rams Exec VP, is continuing to negotiate rookike contracts
for the Eagles.  Eagles VP JOSEPH BANNER: "We have been assured
that he will not be doing contract negotiations for them, too"
(S.A. Paolantonio, PHILADELPHIA INQUIRER, 7/12)....The Heat
annouced that MARK PRAY has been promoted to VP/Communications
and that PAM MALONE has been named VP/Marketing.  Pray has been
the team's Dir of PR while Malone joins the team from the
SuperSonics where she was VP/Promotions (Heat)...DOUG LOGAN,
previously Dir General of OCESA and former Senior VP of Ogden
Corp. has enterted into an arrangement to provide consulting
servcies to SMG, exclusive as to facility management (SMG).
