NIKE SNATCHES UP ITS SECOND DOWNTOWN PROPERTY IN ATLANTA

     Nike has leased "high visibility" property across the street
from the Centennial Olympic Park in downtown Atlanta, according
to this morning's ATLANTA CONSTITUTION.  The property is located
roughly a block away from Adidas, which bought a parcel months
ago to use as its '96 hospitality center. This is the second
location leased by Nike for use during the Games, as it has
already has street-level retail space downtown (Sallye Salter,
ATLANTA CONSTITUTION, 6/29).
     SLEEP EASY:  Atlanta-based Simmons Co., maker of the
Beautyrest mattress, will be the official mattress supplier to
the '96 Games.  They will produce 18,000 mattresses for the
Village and USOC training centers (MIAMI HERALD, 6/28).
