CINCINNATI FACES A DEADLINE ON KEEPING THE BENGALS

     Stephen Korb, a spokesperson for City Plaza CBD Development
Inc., said yesterday that his group has revised an earlier
proposal (a privately financed domed stadium rejected by Bengals
President Mike Brown) so that the domed stadium would have a
retractable roof.  Korb also said that his group would offer a
20-year lease that would allow the Bengals to play in the stadium
and receive all football revenues while paying no rent.  The
retractable roof was reportedly added because Brown wants his
team to play in an open-air stadium on a grass field
(AP/Baltimore SUN, 6/27).
