HBO SPORTS SCORES RATINGS KNOCK-OUT WITH BOWE- GONZALEZ

     The June 17 Riddick Bowe-Jorge Luis Gonzalez fight on HBO
garnered a 14.8 rating and 27 share of all HBO homes.  The
average for Bowe's past four HBO appearances is 13.6.  Overall,
HBO is averaging a 12.7/21 with its 12 telecasts of the 1995
"World Championship Boxing" series (HBO Sports).
          THE SOUNDS OF A TROUBLED PARENT:  Today's N.Y. POST
     reports that "the bitter power struggle at Time Warner's
     music division may claim other victims this week as top
     executives of Warner Music group labels are scheduled to sit
     down with the division's new boss Michael Fuchs" (Greg
     Clarkin, N.Y. POST, 6/26)....Meanwhile, "In the latest twist
     in the corporate turmoil at Time Warner," Doug Morris,
     former head of domestic music, sued the company for $50M
     last week, "contending he was fired without cause" (Chuck
     Phillips, L.A. TIMES, 6/26)....Sunday's N.Y. TIMES profiled
     "The War for Warner" (Mark Lander, N.Y. TIMES, 6/25).
