     SportsChannel Chicago joins its Cleveland counterpart and
Baltimore-Washington's HTS in providing cable baseball viewers a
chance to interact online with announcers during a game.  This
Friday, White Sox announcers Ken Harrelson and Tom Paciorek will
take questions via a special America Online "chat room"
(SportsChannel Chicago)....This morning's WALL STREET JOURNAL
notes the problems in measuring usage on the World Wide Web.
Because "hits" count files not users, and one page could have
multiple files, one mouse click could mean several hits (WALL
STREET JOURNAL, 6/21)....AD AGE listed the Top 300 magazines by
gross revenue.  Sports Illustrated (No. 4) had revenues of $653M.
Other sports titles:  Golf Digest (No. 33, $126M), Golf Magazine
(No. 54, $82M), The Sporting News (No. 90, $58M), and Tennis
Magazine (No. 100, $52M) (AD AGE, 6/19 issue)....This weekend's
installment of SITV's "From the Pages of Sports Illustrated" on
ABC's "Wide World of Sports" will focus on likely top NBA draft
pick Kevin Garnett.  Garnett, a high school senior, is on the
mag's cover this week as well (Sports Illustrated).
