TIM KUHL, VP Marketing & Communications for the AHL Syracuse Crunch, is the recipient of the '95 Ken McKenzie Award, given to the person judged to have done the most in promoting his or her particular team in the AHL. The award is named after the publisher and owner of THE HOCKEY NEWS. The Crunch operated at 95% capacity for the season (Crunch)....MIKE KEENAN told the N.Y. POST that he is considering leaving the Blues (N.Y.
