STATE OF THE ARENAS: MILWAUKEE'S BRADLEY CENTER

     THE SPORTS BUSINESS DAILY continues its survey of major
league sports arenas with a look at the Bradley Center.
ARENA:         Bradley Center, Milwaukee, WI
TENANTS:       Milwaukee Bucks, IHL Admirals
AGE:           Opened October 1, 1988
OWNERSHIP:     State of Wisconsin
MANAGEMENT:    Managed by the Bradley Center Sports and
               Entertainment Corporation (BCSEC).
COST:          $84M for building construction donated by
               Milwaukee philanthropists Jane and Lloyd Petit.
               $10M in land donated by the City of Milwaukee.
CAPACITY:      18,633 for basketball; 17,800 for hockey,
               and 20,000 for concerts.
LUXURY SEATS:  68 private suites that seat up to 20 people.
               Approximately 1,400 seats total.  Revenues not
               released.
NAMING RIGHTS: Named on honor of Jane Petit's father, Harry Lynde
               Bradley -- Co-founder of the Allen-Bradley Co.
CONCESSIONS:   12 concession stands.  Operations controlled by
               BCSEC.  Revenues not released.
ADVERTISING:   Signage, scoreboard, videowall and other sales
               controlled by BCSEC.
PARKING:       760 space garage managed by BCSEC immediately
               adjacent to center.  12,000 spaces in
               a six-block radius.  Bucks receive no revenue.
GAME-DAY:      BCSEC is responsible for all non-game
               administration personnel.
LEASE:         Not available.
MAINTENANCE:   Operations staff employed by venue.
               Technology partnerships with Ameritech, Compaq,
               Johnson Controls and Microsoft.
RENT:          Not available.
