Retton (USOC)...."Sport Biz Today with Victor Livingston," the
new weekly half-hour sports business TV magazine that premieres
Monday, May 1 on SportsChannel Philadelphia, has signed
CoreStates and Philadelphia Park as sponsors. Carol Palmerio,
Dir of Advertising at CoreStates, explains their interest: "We
got involved with the show because we like the tone and the
format -- not just the scores, but going behind the business of
sports and who sponsors events and why. We have already done
quite a bit with sports with the Flyers and the Sixers, and this
is part of our overall stragegy because sports reaches such a
broad audience, and represents many of the people we do business
with" (THE DAILY).
