Molson Indy Vancouver is the first IndyCar race to have its own Web site (BUSINESS IN VANCOUVER, 4/4-10 issue)....N.Y. NEWSDAY's Steve Zipay profiles the new Web sites for the NFL and the '96 Olympics as well as ABC's new "Winner's Circle."
