EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     CAROLYN TAYLOR has been named Dir of Special Events for MLB.
Taylor has worked for the league since 1985 and was most recently
Special Events Supervisor (MLB). ....MICHAEL BERNSTEIN has been
named VP/Business Development and New Ventures for MLB
Properties.  Bernstein formerly served as Dir of Publishing for
MLBP (MLBP) ....Two notes from the Arena Football League: TONY
CORDASCO, the '94 Nevada Sportscaster of the Year, is the new Dir
of Media Relations/ Broadcasting for the Las Vegas Sting.  PETE
WICKHAM, former sportswriter for the Memphis COMMERCIAL APPEAL,
became Dir of Public Relations for the Memphis Pharaohs (AFL)....
GEOFFREY GABERINO has been added to the Sales Staff of
International Sports and Entertainment Strategies.  Gaberino will
work on the Paralympic Games, the SEC and other properties
(ISES)....Walt Disney Co. has appointed JAKE WINEBAUM President
of its Disney Magazine Publishing Group.  (WALL STREET JOURNAL,
3/28)....The Collegiate Licensing Company named CORY MOSS as
University Rep (CLC).
