     While NFL Properties' revenues are divided evenly among allclubs, merchandise sales for the top 10 best-selling teamsaccount for about 70% of the league's $3B in annual merchandisesales. APEX IS OUT: Following a series of license violations, NFLPhas stripped "foundering" licensed athletic apparel marketer ApexOne of its Bills sideline affiliation and handed it to rival LogoAthletic. The deal "begs the question of whether" Logo will nowgo after Bills QB Jim Kelly, currently under contract with Apex.Apex's "long-rumored sale appeared close last week, with Converseemerging as the likely candidate" (BRANDWEEK, 3/27 issue).
