BILL CLARK, Dir of the Commonwealth Invitational indoor track & field meet in Boston, filed a grievance against USA Track & Field Exec Dir OLLAN CASSELL over Commonwealth's exclusion from the new USATF/IMG televised track series (BOSTON HERALD, 11/27).
