EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     Viacom elected three directors, bringing their board to
thirteen:  STEVEN BERRARD of Blockbuster Entertainment, GEORGE
JOHNSON of Blockbuster, and SHARI REDSTONE of National Amusements
and daughter of Sumner Redstone (WALL STREET JOURNAL, 11/11)....
ROGER ENRICO was named to head a new Pepsico, Inc. unit that will
oversee the international operations of its KFC, Pizza Hut, and
Taco Bell fast food restaurants.  He is the company's second-
ranking executive (N.Y. TIMES, 11/11).... AL WEISS has been
promoted to Exec. VP of Walt Disney World (Walt Disney)....Cobra
Golf has named former CFO DAVE SCHAEFER as Senior VP and COO
(Cobra).
