EXECUTIVE TRANSACTIONS

     GERARD MCKEON has resigned as president of the New York
Racing Association.  McKeon headed the association since 1982 and
said, in his view, "New York racing is lost and is trying to find
its way in the presence of the many gambling alternatives that
have developed in recent years" (Mult., 10/20)....Cobra Golf Inc.
has named PASCAL STOLZ as VP of Sales and Marketing for Cobra
Golf Europe (Cobra Golf). ....Orioles catcher Jeff Tackett has
been hired as a on-air personality at Baltimore radio station 98
Rock.  Tackett teams every morning with 98 Rock DJ Steve Ash.
Ash on Tackett: "He's totally chillin'" (Baltimore SUN, 10/20).
....DelWilber & Associates (DWA), the sports marketing firm
headquartered in McLean, VA, has promoted SUZY ABRAMS to VP
Public Relations.  Abrams will oversee all event publicity
services for the firm's seven regional offices (DWA).
