Vice President Pence Will Lead U.S. Delegation To Pyeongchang

Vice President Pence will lead the U.S. delegation to the Pyeongchang Games, the White House said today. Pence and his wife Karen will attend the Feb. 9 Opening Ceremony, along with the rest of the delegation, and "will likely also attend various Olympic events." Since '00, "all but one White House Olympic delegation" has included "either the president, vice president, first lady, a member of the president's cabinet or a former president" (SPORTS.YAHOO.com, 1/10).
