LFR Inks California Software Company To Sponsor Driver Kasey Kahne

Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series team Leavine Family Racing today unveiled a two-year deal with California-based software company Procore Technologies that will see it serve as the primary sponsor on the No. 95 Chevy driven by Kasey Kahne for six races annually. Financial terms were not revealed for the deal. LFR VP & GM Jeremy Lange said that while the team has had several construction-related companies on its car in recent years, Procore is the first national brand in the category it has worked with.

Lange added signing Kahne to replace Michael McDowell in the No. 95 has opened the door to conversations with traditional blue-chip companies, and the team is far down the road toward signing a deal with a handful of such brands. Lange: “No one is calling because of Kasey Kahne, but what’s happening is they’re responding and answering the phone more because of Kasey Kahne. … We feel we have the authority to ask for a larger deal because of Kasey Kahne’s selling power.”
