MLB Makes Several Changes To League Committee Structure

MLB today made several changes to its committee structure. Rockies Owner Dick Monfort was named the new Chair of the league’s Labor Policy Committee, replacing Padres Exec Chair Ron Fowler. MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred also announced a reconstituted Competition Committee that will advise him regarding on-field matters. The new panel contains a broader mix of team owners, presidents, GMs and field managers.
