SI Lines Up Festival In Houston Around '17 Swimsuit Issue

SI will hold a two-day music, food and culture festival next month in downtown Houston to celebrate the release of its '17 Swimsuit issue. The newly formed “Vibes” event will be held Feb. 17-18 at Post HTX and will feature music performances from Diplo and Miguel. The creation of the “Vibes” festival extends an ongoing strategy by SI to turn its annual Swimsuit issue into a more experiential event. It will be a ticketed event with prices ranging from $35-250, and carries presenting sponsorship from Lexus, DirecTV Now and Edge. SI also said that Gold Medal-winning U.S. gymnasts Simone Biles and Aly Raisman will be part of the '17 Swimsuit issue.
