ScoreBig Tabs Sherwood Partners To Solicit Bids For Assets

Embattled discount ticket outlet ScoreBig has enlisted California-based corporate restructuring advisor Sherwood Partners to solicit bids for the company's assets, according to sources. A bid book on ScoreBig is now circulating, which indicates about $45M in gross annual revenue, but does not disclose earnings or debt, with that data likely being withheld for more serious bidders. Sherwood is taking bids through the end of tomorrow as ScoreBig seeks to resolve a financial crisis that threatens the company’s existence. The bid book also outlines a database of more than 2 million consumer names, relationships with dozens of U.S. pro sports teams and a repository of historical ticket pricing data. ScoreBig declined to comment.
