PGA Tour, LPGA Reach Promotional Partnership With Topgolf

The PGA Tour and LPGA today announced a promotional partnership with Topgolf that links PGA Tour and LPGA tournament activities with Topgolf venues. The multiyear agreement calls for Topgolf to promote PGA Tour and LPGA events at local Topgolf facilities, though specific events were not disclosed. The deal also includes distribution of media content from both tours within Topgolf venues. The alliance calls for growth initiatives from both tours to be supported by Topgolf and for the PGA Tour and the LPGA to be integrated into Topgolf’s World Golf Tour gaming company.

This is part of an effort by both tours to attract more fan interest through Topgolf’s 21 U.S. locations. Six more locations are set to open this year.
