The Big Sky Conference named Big Ten Associate Commissioner/Football & Basketball Operations Andrea Williams its new Commissioner (Big Sky Conference).

Bell Media has reached a deal for TSN to be Canada's exclusive broadcaster of the Invictus Games, including this year's event in Orlando and the '17 event in Toronto. The Invictus Games feature wounded service members as competitors (Bell Media).

Michelin North America and Virginia Int'l Raceway announced that Michelin will become the title sponsor for the Michelin GT Challenge at the track. The race is part of the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship (Michelin).

The independent Atlantic League as part of a multiyear equipment partnership with Rawlings Sporting Goods by unveiling a series of catchers' protective equipment featuring original head-to-toe graphics. The club-specific designs will be worn throughout the '16 season (Atlantic League).
