Orlando City SC Reaches Deal With City For Stadium Land

Orlando City SC has agreed to pay the city about $18M "for the land on which its new stadium will be built." The City Council on Jan. 25 will be asked to approve the sale, "along with a development agreement for the stadium project." The team will be required to pay $4.1M to the city at closing, "with the remaining balance to be paid with interest over 15 years" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 1/20).
