Sun Valley Retreat Will Showcase New Fox Leadership Structure

Allen & Co.'s annual "gathering of moguls" runs today-Sunday in Sun Valley, Idaho, where "participants of the changing-of-the-guard at 21st Century Fox will be on display." The event "could mark a sort of coming out party" for James Murdoch, who last week replaced his father Rupert as CEO while his brother Lachlan became Exec co-Chair. All three Murdochs, Exec Vice Chair Chase Carey and CFO John Nallen will be present.

Other confirmed attendees include Time Warner Chair & CEO Jeff Bewkes, Disney Chair & CEO Bob Iger, CBS President & CEO Les Moonves and Liberty Media Chair John Malone (HOLLYWOODERPORTER.com, 7/7).
