Angie’s List on Friday announced it will sponsor Bryan Herta Autosport’s Verizon IndyCar Series No. 98 driven by Gabby Chaves as well as serve as title sponsor of next weekend’s race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway (Angie’s List).

More than 30 Floyd Mayweather Jr.-Manny Pacquiao tickets sold on StubHub Friday morning for an average price of $3,899. A total of 156 tickets “sold for an average of about $800 more on Thursday” (ESPN.com, 5/1).

Tennis player Rafael Nadal on Friday received the Golden Medal for Merit in Work, “one of Spain’s top civilian honours.” Nadal received the medal at Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy’s official residence (AFP, 5/1).
