Cast Of F1 Film "Rush" Appears On "Today" Ahead Of U.S. Debut

This morning's edition of NBC's "Today" featured an interview with the cast and crew of "Rush," the F1-themed film that opens in the U.S. Sept. 27. NBC's Andrea Canning noted director Ron Howard's film is "attracting a lot of attention leading up to its release." Howard said lead actor Chris Hemsworth initially told him about playing driver James Hunt after playing Thor: "Look, I'm James Hunt's height but Thor couldn't even fit into a Formula One car. I realize that, but I will be James Hunt's size if I get the part." Actors Daniel Bruhl and Olivia Wilde also appeared on "Today" (NBC, 9/11).
