Fox Sports Announces On-Air Roles For "Fox Sports Live" On FS1

Fox Sports today announced that Basketball HOFer-elect Gary Payton and former NFLers Donovan McNabb and Ephraim Salaam will join Charissa Thompson and Andy Roddick as on-air contributors to "Fox Sports Live" on FS1. The show, which launches with the network's debut on Aug. 17, will be primarily anchored by Jay Onrait and Dan O'Toole. Breaking news and updates will come throughout the day from Don Bell and Ryan Field, with contributions from Molly McGrath and Julie Stewart-Binks (Fox Sports). 

Fox Sports Exec VP & Exec Producer Scott Ackerson discussed some of the personnel announcements on a conference call today, and at one point he said, "I don't know if Keith Olbermann would be back if Fox Sports Live or Fox Sports 1 did not exist" (TWITTER.com, 7/25).
