Show Some Love: Nike, UA Logos Visible In Woods-Vonn Photos

Tiger Woods today via his website and Facebook page confirmed his relationship with skier Lindsey Vonn, and the spike in exposure is "paying dividends" for both Nike and Under Armour. In the four pictures released of the couple, Woods is "sporting a Nike golf shirt and the company's iconic swoosh is much more visible than the hard to notice Under Armour logo on a zip-up jacket Vonn is wearing." It will be "interesting to see if the Under Armour's marketing machine can get the interlocking 'UA' logo to be more recognizable in future photos" (BIZJOURNALS.com, 3/18).

The Nationals Post’s Scott Stinsion wrote on his Twitter feed, “Those photos are just so NATURAL. Such happy kids in young love and sporting apparel with logos and whatnot.”
