Maloofs Give Team Sale Documents To Investor's Bankruptcy Trustee

The Maloof family has given bankruptcy trustee David Flemmer, who is overseeing NBA Kings investor Bob Cook's 7% stake in the franchise, some of the documents regarding the team's sale to a Seattle group. The documents could figure in Flemmer's assertion that the Maloofs "may be improperly denying the team's limited partners a chance to match the Seattle group's offer for the team" (SACBEE.com, 2/11).
