Axe Brand's Super Bowl Ad To Help Launch Apollo Product Line

Unilever's Axe brand today released the 30-second ad the company will air during the third quarter of Super Bowl XLVII. The spot, titled “Lifeguard,” will be part of Axe's launch for the Apollo line of products. Starting today, the commercial can be viewed on the Axe YouTube page, which will direct viewers to a sweepstakes and a chance to win a trip to space. An ad called "Fireman" has been viewable on the site since Jan. 8. Both spots were created by BBH, London.

Meanwhile, Volkswagen today unveiled its Super Bowl spot, titled "Sunny Side." The 60-second ad will continue the company's feel-good theme from past Super Bowls.
