Glen Nager Set To Officially Assume Role Of USGA President

Glen Nager on Saturday will officially take over the position of USGA President during the governing body's annual meeting in Houston. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor, for whom Nager once served as a law clerk, said, "His skills are perfect for that job. Glen's not just a smart person – and he's very smart – but he's nice, and genuine, and he listens to people and gets their opinions and values them. And he cares about golf. He loves it" (WASHINGTON POST, 2/3).
