The company, based in the U.K., provides loyalty and fan engagement digital platforms to its more than 140 sports and entertainment venue clients spread across the globe. Fortress’ fan engagement platform incorporates digital ticketing, venue access (including physical ticket-scanning pedestals), loyalty program design, rewards marketplaces, e-cash, and a host of other options that enable teams to monitor their fans’ engagement with the team and reward them accordingly.
