Egan will stay on part-time as an advisor to the Arthur M. Blank Foundation. A native Atlantan, the former King & Spaulding partner was Falcons Owner ARTHUR BLANK's lead outside counsel on a range of major projects -- including buying the Falcons and Atlanta United, as well as negotiations that led to the development of Mercedes-Benz Stadium -- before coming in-house in '15.
