San Diego FC named IMG VP/Global Football JOAQUIN ESCOTO team and Right to Dream Academy EVP. Escoto will report directly to CEO TOM PENN (San Diego FC).

The Bears named Chiefs VP/Communications TED CREWS Special Advisor to the President/CEO & Chief Administrative Officer. In a newly-created position, Crews will be “assisting and collaborating” with Bears President & CEO KEVIN WARREN, and “streamlining the team’s communications both internally and from a PR/media relations standpoint” (NBCSPORTSCHICAGO.com, 4/17).

Under Armour announced that EVP & Chief Administrative and People Officer TCHERNAVIA ROCKER will be leaving the company on June 1 “for personal reasons.” She joined the company in 2019 as its chief people and culture officer, a “then-newly created title to emphasize the firm’s focus on its employees and their overall work satisfaction.” Rocker was also “heavily involved in Under Armour’s diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives" (FOOTWEAR NEWS, 4/17).

The Dolphins promoted Senior Dir/Football Communications ANNE NOLAND to VP/Communications and Senior Dir/Human Resources JEREMY CAMPOS to VP/Human Resources. Noland will oversee all communications and Campos will lead all HR-related functions across the enterprise, including Dolphins, Hard Rock Stadium and its owned-and-operated F1 and tennis properties (Dolphins).
