Meanwhile, Suns C ARON BAYNES, Hayward's teammate for two seasons in Boston, purchased a home in Phoenix's "coveted Arcadia neighborhood" for $2.54M. The 5,600-square-foot, farmhouse-style home comes with "views of Camelback Mountain" has five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and an outdoor fireplace (ARIZONA REPUBLIC, 7/23).

The 1,894-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-bath unit, which was purchased by Gore in '07 for $860,000, has "many fixtures of a modern townhome: hardwood floors, recessed lighting and stainless-steel appliances." It also includes a 350-gallon fish tank and and entertainment center with multiple televisions" (San Jose MERCURY NEWS, 7/31)....Former NFLer RYAN CLADY purchased a home Manhattan Beach, Calif., for $4.25M. The two-story house features six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in a 5,000-square-foot floor plan that "resembles an art gallery with white walls, clean lines and high ceilings" (L.A. TIMES, 7/25).
