About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for driving PlaySight’s sales and growth within tennis and across all sports at the USTA National Campus headquarters location
  • You will work closely with marketing teams from both PlaySight and the USTA National Campus, driving awareness, product trial & engagement & more)
  • You will assist with relevant branding & creative campaigns, social, digital media & video production (among other things)
  • You will be conducting on-site PlaySight SmartCourt technology product training and demos with National Campus guests – visiting academies, college and high school teams, coaches, players and more (selling to prospects, upselling and engaging with existing customers, and more)
  • You will be the point person on all major tennis events, tournaments and conventions at the campus
  • You will work every day to encourage PlaySight SmartCourt technology usage and engage with the National Campus guests to enrich their experience through SmartCourt technology
  • You will become an expert in PlaySight technology and serve as the ambassador for the company throughout the campus and at major tennis events
  • You will drive tennis sales and work closely with PlaySight’s other sales managers to connect the USTA National Campus opportunities to PlaySight’s national and global sales vision


What We Are Looking For:

  • A motivated, passionate, and hungry individual that wants to be part of something big in tennis at the world’s most cutting-edge tennis facility
  • Deep experience in tennis and sports at the collegiate/professional level (playing, coaching, working)
  • 5+ years of marketing/sales/business development experience required with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
  • College degree, preferably in business or communications
  • Experience with technology and sports technology a plus
  • Someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and team-oriented work environment
  • Collaborative individual who understands how to lead a team towards a goal regardless of reporting hierarchy
  • Confident speaker, outgoing personality, and charismatic – excellent communication skills
  • Strong intuition & critical thinking skills – there is a lot of autonomy with this role as you will help to build PlaySight’s on-site presence at the National Campus
