Qualified candidates will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of work experience in digital media, marketing, or advertising
  • Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent quantitative, communication, follow through, and interpersonal skills
  • Keen understanding and experience with digital advertising, reporting metrics, advertiser KPIs, technical ad product familiarity and ad tech platforms like DFP, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, comScore vCE, Adobe Analytics, and Salesforce DMP
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
  • Golf knowledge/background a plus



  • This position will work closely with Ad Product & Technology, Inventory & Yield management, Sales Planning, and Digital Sales to ensure ad product portfolio meets and exceeds performance standards
  • Proactive analysis of PGA TOUR digital ad product portfolio, identifying areas of improvement relative to site speed, viewability, ad placement optimization, creative scanning, and optimal ad format strategy
  • Surface insights to stakeholders relative to optimizing our ad product portfolio; This includes recommending creative ad formats, page placement, etc. to maximize revenue by analyzing product performance, sell-thru rate, eCPM, industry trends, etc.
  • Coordinate regular meetings with stakeholders to review ad product performance
  • Report on disparate data sources and utilize data visualization tools to surface relative ad product insights to stakeholders (e.g. clicks, interactions, engaged time, viewability, eCPM, sell-thru rate, revenue/yield)
  • Assist ad product & sales planning team with management of digital sales media kit, focusing on ad product capabilities, specs, performance, and sales materials
  • Develop a deep understanding of advertiser KPIs and campaign goals and provide reporting insights and optimization opportunities for maximum client satisfaction
  • Assist sales team with client meetings and presentations, serving as an ad product resource capable of speaking to technical ad product functionality, core reporting metrics, and offering recommendations on ad products to deliver against advertiser KPIs while maximizing yield
