Qualified candidates will have the following:


  • High school diploma
  • Minimum one-two years administrative experience required
  • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills are required
  • Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills 
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system is preferred
  • Long periods of sitting required
  • Able to work weekends and holidays



  • Courteously and promptly determines the nature of a caller’s business and directs callers to the appropriate staff member or department;  If necessary, takes messages or transfers to voicemail
  • Operate high volume phone system to facilitate call transfers
  • Provides answers to routine inquiries and other information as appropriate
  • Greets guests in a welcoming manner; Provide high level customer service to all clients
  • Email itineraries to travelers
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
