JOB SUMMARY:
The Group Sales Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of responsibilities that support the Group Sales department and sales representatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate daily group sales reports to provide to management.
  • Oversee and train interns, game day staff and new employees on ticketing system and department processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate/administer sales department needs to include ticket requests, credential requests, time off requests, and purchase orders.
  • Organize and coordinate sales events including Group leader party, and activation of benefits to group leaders.
  • Respond to fan inquiries via email.
  • Coordinate all department Group mailings.
  • Assemble pre-homestand meeting reports and coordinate game day responsibilities during each homestand.
  • Produce scoreboard message reports, food credit reports and picnic reports.
  • Act as liaison between Group Sales and all other departments.
  • All other duties as assigned.


MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • Strong computer, verbal, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
  • Ability to take direction from multiple individuals and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, data management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales/customer service background is a plus.

WORK CONDITIONS:

  • Office environment.
  • Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours required.
