  • BS/BA degree and at least 5+ years of experience in Human Resources as a generalist or hands on compensation/analyst experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptionally strong analytical skills are required to effectively analyze data and create meaningful, understandable reports and metrics
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and also to work autonomously
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required (pivot tables, charts, logic statements)
  • Thoroughness and high attention to detail is required
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills necessary to prioritize and complete multiple projects and tasks and effectively handle short notice assignments
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Prior exposure to compensation strategy and plan administration


This position will work on activities that support compensation and Human Resources analytics, metrics, ad hoc reporting and project assistance. This position will be primarily responsible for:

  • Market pricing jobs and providing specific compensation recommendations for HQ and TPC employees 
  • Analyzing employee information and creating reports and dashboards in Excel
  • Conducting job classification reviews, compensation studies and surveys, and employment and workforce planning analyses
  • Managing the annual compensation review and bonus payout processes for Headquarter and TPC employees
  • Administering sales and international compensation programs
  • Maintaining and updating position descriptions and coding, ensuring adherence to guidelines
  • Reviewing offer letters and other employee related paperwork for accuracy and consistency
  • Serving as the back-up for the org chart process 
  • Working on special projects or other duties as assigned
