Qualified candidates will have the following: 

  • Bachelors degree required in Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum five years experience in digital advertising and media buying required
  • Specific performance and programmatic media buying experience required
  • Experience working with DMPs & DSPs as well as Social Media ad-buying experiences required
  • Solid understanding of digital media buying platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, GDN, DBM, and programmatic exchanges
  • Must possess advanced level Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills and experience with DMPs. Proficiency with media planning and database reporting required
  • Experience with media research preferred 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Director, Media Services to oversee digital media planning & buying process from campaign initiation through final delivery of campaign metrics
  • Manage & execute the TOUR’s in-house programmatic buying for the lifecycle of media campaigns for display, video, mobile, SEM, and social to help generate fan growth for desired fan segments; This will require working weekends to support weekend tune-in campaign efforts (Social, SEM, Mobile, Display & Video); This will include working weekends approximately one out of every four events.
  • Provide digital media budget recommendations across media channels to meet TOUR fan growth objectives
  • Help develop and analyze multiple custom creative schedules for campaigns; work with Media Analytics Manager to make recommendations & optimization based on campaign performance and KPIs
  • Track digital media campaigns within TOUR’s media software system, currently MediaOcean’s Lumina product
  • Oversee and foster ad-tech relationships, including DMP solution, third party partners and digital media vendors
  • Work with Media Analytics Manager to develop campaign performance tracking dashboard – and distribute to internal team members with optimization recommendations
  • Manage digital media budgets & billing for programmatic media and other digital media related costs
  • Assess industry trends within digital & programmatic media and make recommendations to keep TOUR on the cutting edge of digital media
  • Liaise with Creative Services team for all digital media creative needs
  • Help prepare and present digital media plans & results to internal teams
  • Special projects or other duties as assigned
