Qualified candidates will have the following: 

  • 4-year college degree required in Sports Administration, Business or a related field
  • 5-7 years management experience in the computerized ticketing industry or related field
  • Archtics and Ticketmaster ticketing systems preferred, but not required
  • Demonstrated knowledge and track record in digital marketing including building pricing models and testing offers
  • Salesforce/Kore CRM systems preferred, but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays periodically
  • Team player with proven leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of cashier and accounting procedures
  • Ability to travel 


  • Manage day to day support for assigned tournaments including ticket system support, customer service, event communication and reporting
  • Assist in the development and execution of ticket strategies with our events
  • Execute marketing programs within TOUR strategy at the tournament level under direction of marketing team
  • Develop marketing executions, test and implement them on behalf of tournaments
  • Mine databases for insights that will create sales at the tournament level 
  • Work with tournaments on event/package set up, on-sales, times lines and finances for assigned tournaments
  • Responsible for gathering, processing and presenting analytics to relevant constituents 
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to assigned Co-sponsored events
  • Manage event coordination for onsite support, ticket office, will call, advanced sales and gate set up including any necessary training for events we support
  • Ticket Operations liaison for internal departments, Ticketmaster and tournament partners for all assigned tournaments
