Qualified candidates will have the following:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in International Business & Media, Sports Marketing, Broadcasting & Television or other related field is required
  • Eight to Ten years of experience with international media a plus
  • Experience with managing teams across multiple departments
  • Advanced project management skills and experience
  • Solid understanding of production and the process of creating and producing content
  • Cross-cultural skills
  • Understanding of the China media landscape
  • Strategic thinking
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to write coherently and clearly




  • Develop the PGA TOUR’s international custom content strategy
  • Coordinate and lead the international content team to create and deliver tailored content to existing and new media outlets
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with both clients and staff to generate custom content ideas
  • Have regular (daily) communication with in-market teams in key territories, encourage collaboration across offices
  • Have a thorough understanding of current international broadcast & digital relationships
  • Manage and oversee all projects from concept to implementation
  • Work directly with Audience Development and Client Services team in-market to establish and foster both existing and new relationships with free and paid media
  • Develop timelines and work with PGATE to ensure custom content is created to schedule
  • Communicate content schedule and delivery details with all partners weekly
  • Maintain a database of contacts in conjunction with in-market teams for each territory
  • Establish a reporting system to measure the impact of new content across each region, monitor trends and adjust the content strategy as needed
  • Review strategy & distribution plans regularly with Business Development & Audience Development teams across TV & digital
  • Manage project budget
