Qualified candidates will have the following:


  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of corporate business experience required; Prior experience in sales, sports, or entertainment a plus
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office software packages including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills required




  • Sell pro-am and hospitality sponsorship packages to new business prospects, as well as existing clients 
  • Meet and exceed weekly call, meeting and presentation goals
  • Provide the highest level of service through constant communication and follow through with prospects and current clients
  • Build relationships with Tour Championship Sales Board and charitable partners
  • Circulate and manage administration of Sales Agreements to renewal clients within the established deadlines
  • Enter all sales activity and agreements into the tournament CRM
  • Generate internal sales reports and validate the data to ensure that all sales are captured accurately
  • Assist with the post-sale process to include: wrap-up reports, feedback/critiques, invoicing, client relations, merchandising/inventory control, etc.
  • Support tournament team during tournament week by interacting with all existing partners and hosting new business prospects
  • Regularly attend various community and charitable functions as a representative of the Tour Championship for lead generation
