MLS, Home Depot Renew Through '22, Launch Brand Campaign
The Home Depot this morning renewed its partnership with MLS through the '22 season while also announcing a new “Summer of Soccer” brand campaign with the league. The digital campaign will highlight the company’s LG Electronics appliances through a series of advertisements featuring some of the league’s multi-cultural players, like Timbers MF Diego Valeri, LAFC F Diego Rossi and Fire MF Bastian Schweinsteiger.
“The Home Depot has been a great collaborator with Major League Soccer for over a decade now and we’re really proud to see our partnership extended,” MLS Senior VP/Partnership Marketing Jen Cramer said. “The sponsorship continues to evolve and expand, and their ‘Summer of Soccer’ campaign is a strong example of how they effectively utilize some of the stars of MLS into their marketing.” The Home Depot has been an MLS sponsor since '08.
