The Class AAA International League Buffalo Bisons promoted ANTHONY SPRAGUE to general manager and BRAD BISBING to assistant general manager.

The independent Atlantic League High Point Rockers named PETE FISCH president. Fisch was associate athletic director for guest experience, venue management and championships at Wake Forest University.

La Vida Baseball hired TREVOR MIKUS as vice president, business development and JESSE MENENDEZ as senior content producer.

COLLEGES

Butler University promoted ALEX PERRY to associate athletic director for internal operations.

Columbia University named CARA HOLDSCLAW senior associate athletic director for external affairs. Holdsclaw was director of business operations with the NBA G League Agua Caliente Clippers. 

HOCKEY

Hockey East Associate Commissioner KATHY WYNTERS will step down on June 30.

ESPORTS

Activision Blizzard named DANIEL ALEGRE president and chief operating officer, effective April 7. Alegre was president of global retail and shopping at Google.

FOOTBALL

The Las Vegas Raiders named SCOTT ERDMANN senior director corporate partnership sales. Erdman was senior manager of corporate partnerships with the Dallas Cowboys.

MEDIA

ESPN promoted STACEY FITCH to senior vice president of production operations.

TECHNOLOGY

TickPick named JIM HALLIDAY chief marketing officer. Halliday was CMO at Plated.

OTHER

S2A Solutions named KATRICE ALBERT executive vice president of culture, innovation and inclusion. Albert was  executive vice president of inclusion and human resources at the NCAA.

XCITE Interactive hired SCOTT MACKERRON as vice president of production/creative, DONALD SILL as director of creative and LAUREN BLACKWELL as director of production.
