Idaho State hired JOEL MOERSCH as associate athletic director for development. Moersch was the senior development officer at Intermountain.

Wake Forest University named WILL PANTAGES associate athletic director for athletic communications.

Washington State University announced the retirement of associate athletic director JERRY PASTORE.

Winston-Salem State University hired ETIENNE THOMAS as athletic director. Thomas was athletic director at Kentucky State University.

Counter Logic Gaming named STEPHANIE HARVEY director of esports franchise development and outreach.

The Florida Panthers named JOHN COLOMBO senior director of the Florida Panthers Foundation and community relations.

The Los Angeles Kings named KELSEY WOOD assistant, ticket sales and service.

Capture Sports Marketing named TOM BAYLERIAN vice president of partnerships. Baylerian was executive director of sports marketing and cause marketing revenue for Tribune Publishing in Chicago.

Hogan Lovells named MICHAEL KUH as a partner in the corporate practice in New York. Kuh was an attorney at Latham & Watkins.

INFLCR named NEETA SREEKANTH chief operating officer. Sreekanth was head of social content and strategy at IGN Entertainment.

Media

Bleacher Report hired RACHEL BRILL as senior vice president and general manager of B/R Studio. Brill was senior vice president, head of unscripted original programming for Epix.

Marquee Sports Network named MICHAEL SANTINI senior vice president, programming and production. Santini was vice president of production at MLB Network.

Soccer

Tulsa Roughnecks FC named JAMES CANNON president. Cannon was vice president of marketing at Nashville Soccer Club.
