Austin Peay University hired ERIC ELLIOT as director of digital media. Elliot was previously director of fan engagement and creative services at the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

The Big Ten Conference named KAYLAH HUGHES assistant director, football and basketball operations; LEAH JENK assistant director, branding; and LOGAN YOUNG assistant director, sports administration.

The University of Delaware promoted JAIME SEGUIN to deputy athletic director for internal operations and chief financial officer; JAKE SCHRUM to associate athletic director, Bob Carpenter Center operations and facilities; DANNY NEESON to associate athletic director, event operations and championships; JEN VINING-SMITH to senior associate athletic director for governance and sport administration; LAUREN HUNT to associate athletic director, compliance; JORDAN SKOLNICK to deputy athletic director for external relations and revenue generation; BRENDAN FULLER and LAUREL HOSMER to associate athletic directors of development; and KELLY PRACHNIAK to assistant athletic director, annual giving and special projects.

Eckerd College promoted AMANDA GREEN to director of athletic communications.

Florida Atlantic University named JOHN STEPHENSON associate athletic director for compliance. Stephenson was previously director of compliance at Florida State.

Fordham University named JAMILAH ALI director of athletic compliance. Ali was previously assistant athletic director for compliance at Dartmouth College.

Loyola University New Orleans named JORDAN GABRIEL assistant athletic director.

Mary Baldwin University promoted CHRISTY SHELTON to associate director of athletics. Shelton remains the head softball coach and senior woman administrator.

The NCAA named GINA LEHE managing director of communications, strategy and branding. Lehe was senior director of external relations and branding for the College Football Playoff.

Northern Kentucky University promoted DAN MCIVER to deputy athletic director.

Oakland University promoted MIKE WOOD to facilities and event director.

Portland State University promoted TRINITY GIBBONS to associate athletic director for external operations.

Rutgers University named KEVIN VANDERZEE associate athletic director for team operations and services and promoted JUSTIN DIPOTO and LORI NESTA to assistant athletic directors for finance.

The University of Southern California named PAUL PERRIER deputy athletic director. Perrier was senior associate athletic director and chief compliance officer at Rutgers.

The University of Toledo promoted BRIAN LUTZ to senior associate athletic director for compliance; JOSH DITTMAN to associate athletic director for development; BRIAN JONES to associate athletic director for sports medicine; ERICKA LAVENDER to associate athletic director for academics; HEATHER LUTZ to associate athletic director for marketing, sales and fan experience; TIM WARGA to associate athletic director for operations and events; and ANDREW TERWILLIGER as assistant athletic director for football operations.

Virginia Commonwealth University hired DANNY STERLING as executive associate athletic director. Sterling was previously the director of athletics at Presbyterian College.

Washington State University hired TODD BARBOUR as assistant athletic director for strength and conditioning; promoted BENNETT ASKEW and BRANDY WISER to assistant athletic directors for business operations; and promoted SHAWN DEEDS to senior associate director of athletics, capital planning, events and facility operations.

Facilities

TBK Bank Sports Complex hired DAVE STOW as chief executive officer. Stow was previously with the Chula Vista Elite Athlete Training Center.

LakePoint Sports named GREG BARCKHOFF executive vice president of partnerships and marketing and DAVID HEALY executive vice president of strategic brand integration.

Football

The NFL named JANET NOVA deputy general counsel for media and league business affairs. Nova was executive vice president and deputy group general counsel with 21st Century Fox.

Hockey

The Los Angeles Kings hired JON GOMEZ as senior manager of hockey communications and KAYLEA KONOVAL as coordinator of team operations and media services, and promoted ROB KOCH to senior director of team operations and hockey communications, JEFF MOELLER to senior director of business communications and heritage, and EDDIE FISCHERMANN to manager of media services and team operations.

The New York Islanders hired ETHAN BROWN as senior vice president of marketing and community relations and KARL HUDSON as creative director. Brown was vice president of marketing and brand at Pacers Sports and Entertainment, and Hudson was founder of The Forest Studio.

Marketing

AEG named MATTHEW LAZARUS-HALL senior vice president for its Asia Pacific division.

Bespoke Sports & Entertainment hired FRANCISCO PARAMO as an account coordinator and ALLIE MOWBRAY and MEGAN NGUYEN as fall interns.

CAA promoted trainees JESSE HEUSSNER and ERIKA RUIZ to agents in CAA Sports’ basketball department.

Excel Sports Management hired JAMES DUNLEAVY as basketball agent, LAUREN WILKOWSKI as finance and accounting manager, AARON GOLDWYN as consulting manager and LEE HARMON as business development assistant.

Fox Run Group hired TOMMY SMITH as manager of its Sacred Heart property.

Game Seven Marketing promoted KRISTIN CONTE to vice president, marketing and business development, and named NAOMI JEFFERSON senior account director.

Motorsports

NASCAR named TRACEY LESETAR-SMITH senior vice president, general counsel. Lesetar-Smith was general counsel and vice president of business and legal affairs at Bellator MMA. She replaces KAREN LEETZOW, who will step down at the end of the year.

Other

Club Benchmarking named STEVE MONA director of governance and leadership.

Fanatics hired MICHENER CHANDLEE as chief financial officer. Chandlee was formerly Nike’s corporate audit and chief risk officer.

The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission named TYLER ENDEBROCK its sports betting program manager/compliance officer.

Positive Coaching Alliance named CHRIS MOORE as chief executive officer.

SportsEngine Inc. promoted BRIAN BELL from president to chief executive officer, BRETT MACKINNON to senior vice president of sales, and JODY VOGELAAR to senior vice president of marketing and content. Bell replaces JUSTIN KAUFENBERG, who is leaving the company he co-founded 10 years ago.
